Weird... Makes me more think of the inside of a lung-squeezed alveola...
maybe it is a (lung-squeezed) freediver chamaeleon in the red sea...
Oooh - or maybe it indeed is a part of a dragon, but its alveolas seen from inside the chest/outside the lungs while he is blowing fire!
